The Saints Experience

Here at Saint Augustine High School, we have a little thing called the saints experience. With this saints experience, we learn brotherhood, respect for all things and human beings, and we become closer to God by experiencing what most high school teens would never have the chance to outside of a school like ours. To me, this means the world to me because it has helped me grow as a person and responsible young adult, and has prepared me for what I have yet to experience.

My Future

I would love to get out of town or state to study Architecture for a career and also, car design would fit well with me. Though USF is of top priority at the time due to certain circumstances, I will make the best out of any college I end up attending. I want to be either an architect or car designer because I love to draw and be artistic, and also because I know for certain I can do these while still having fun.

What I Do

I love cars and motorcycles, riding them, making models, learning more about them, everything that gives car and motorcycle styles distinction. I also love soccer, and have been playing since I was 4 years old, but recently put it on hold due to school and an unfortunate injury I obtained as a freshman in high school. Also, I am of course a player of many video games and consider myself to be very good at it.

Who I Am

My name is Jared Owens and yes, I am a teenager. I was born on February 1st, 1994 and have lived in San Diego all of my life. I attended St. Jude Academy from pre-k until I graduated from 8th grade. I chose St. Augustine because I knew many students that attended and absolutely loved everything about the school. I wanted to equip myself with every tool possible to have the better outcome with my life.
